1 storey building. Able to manage space by providing in u0026 out door equipment to facilitate aerobic u0026 group activity. Nice u0026 clean equipment .as well as great customer service + 1free towel to be returned after workout.

World class GM classic with world equipment full secure with CCTV cameras with electronic door and face unlocked with fingers print door hopping it a place you love to visit.

It's tucked within Anthony Village just after the RCCG school and facilities. I liked the place a little and they offer a variety of workout classes, towels and the facilities looked good, if the equipment looked a bit old.
Sadly, it's a bit pricey and most of the classes either occur from 7am to 10am or from 7pm to 8pm or so.

The best gym on the mainland, absolutely no questions. Excellent trainers, excellent customer representative, classes are morning's and evenings daily, plus they have a yoga instructor on Saturday's... Love Love Love????
