It's a big hotel but most of the facilities in the room were dated. The A.C wasn't working, had to use a fan, the bedsheets looked worn. Their food on the other hand was quite tasty.

Hotel is located in a serene neighborhood, so it is quiet and calm. The hotel has a sustainable energy arrangement which, unfortunately, is not powerful enough to power the air-conditioning. So unless there is power from the public utility, the ACs don't work. However, there are powerful air-coolers in the rooms that do a good job of keeping you comfortable.

The food is affordable and very well made. However you may want to order early as it takes a bit of time to be delivered to your room.

There is no wifi. Frankly, this was incomprehensible to me. I went for business and took it for granted that there would be wifi. Imagine my shock when I heard there was none.

Generally, the hotel is clean, the staff are courteous and it is an affordable hotel.

Well, their lobby is beautiful with all the interior decor so it feels welcoming.. The staffs were helpful to a certain extent.

Was a little disappointed with Their restroom cos wasn't clean, looked more like a Roadside toilet (no toilet papers and liquid wash).. The restaurant was spacious and well organized, but the food was just there.

They have a small hall where you can host a small birthday party or seminar /meeting..

Poor, poor service, ordinary room that lacks maintenance, bad air-conditioning.

Loved the rooms. Loved the attention of the staff. Response time to requests were slow and sometimes non existent. Hidden fees from certain staff members as well.
