The lake has a really pleasing scenery, but that's the only redeeming feature the place has, it will benefit greatly from a better management, because other than the lake and the view that it proffers the rest of the place is in shambles.

The lake is the only pristine feature of the hotel.... Rightfully named but services are next to poor. In dire need of renovations.

It is in a dilapidated state, construction work is going on. It primarily serves as an access road for people coming in from Abule Ado into Trade Fair.

However, I have heard that there are still some rooms that people can take to sleep in, but it is in such disarray that you will never believe anyone can sleep here ????????????

The lake view makes sense
