Nice place but still needs some work. There are several shops and storage place however the access road requires a lot of work. The location is close enough to the main road and there is a little parking space within the compound. The is a walking area and shop spacing is also good. Aosee shopping plaza will do well with a little facelift and good access roads. The entrance gate may also require an upgrade.

A shopping complex located at the Festac third gate by Alakija bus stop. It has so many shops and businesses located inside. There is a computer business centre, an eye clinic, a law chamber or firm, a boutique and shoe shop, there is also a car wash in front of the complex.
