Very poor customer service.
I literally had to beg for Towel and bathing soap after paying 10k for the Classic option which the front desk lady said was the only available one. (For which she said I'm lucky to get after I had to go to front desk to pick up after 4 failed intercom attempts). No remorse, no passion for service, no receptive etiquette or welcoming aura.....
Bathroom taps and shower not working. No bin in the rooms for discarding things. Good room structure but rubbish service.
Little to no enthusiasm or organisation from hotel staff. From overpriced kitchen meal enquires to the seemingly non functional intercom numbers ...
A 20 pound per night room in the UK offers far much more.
Horribly disappointed and disgusted.

This was a great surprise to find such a lovely hall situated in this area. It's situated just off the main road but signage and direction markers could be better. On reaching there you are greeted by a lovely structure. The architecture is modern and we'll built. Parking is mainly on the street and side street as space is limited on the grounds. The interior is spacious and devoid of ugly pillars you find in some halls.
With good decorations it's a beautiful hall. The air-conditioning could be better with large crowds but still adequate. Plenty of space outside for food and drinks caterers. It also has the advantage of having a hotel adjoined to the hall making it convenient for housing guests from far away.
All in all, it was a good experience. Recommended totally.

Awesome place to be.

Fitted with a 4ft - 9ft pool on both ends respectively.

There's always music, the DJ is lively here.

Food and drinks are a but pricey with respect to the quantity you get.

Really decent place, they could work on a few things but overall its really nice considering how cheap it is. Would totally recommend

It's an open plan bar beside a pool. Nice ambience and great space. However, the waiters don't seem to be on top of their beat.

It's a nice place for events, with good cooling AC, but beautiful looking hall, there is car park space and friendly staffs
