Very poor customer service.
I literally had to beg for Towel and bathing soap after paying 10k for the Classic option which the front desk lady said was the only available one. (For which she said I'm lucky to get after I had to go to front desk to pick up after 4 failed intercom attempts). No remorse, no passion for service, no receptive etiquette or welcoming aura.....
Bathroom taps and shower not working. No bin in the rooms for discarding things. Good room structure but rubbish service.
Little to no enthusiasm or organisation from hotel staff. From overpriced kitchen meal enquires to the seemingly non functional intercom numbers ...
A 20 pound per night room in the UK offers far much more.
Horribly disappointed and disgusted.
