Very neat, well planned and well managed estate located just around Four Points by Sheraton, Ebeano Supermarket, few events centres and great network of roads and ATM Machines. The estate has a tight security system. Electricity is great. Water is not bad, considering water condition in Lekki and environs. Great place to live.

A very cool estate if u ask me. Located in a serene environment and very well secured as well. If you need a quiet place to reside,then look no further than Atlantic Beach Estate. Its very close to Four Points By Sheraton.
You won't regret it.
