This is an all time old hotel but still hold its prestige and standing firm. Parking is good and secure, staffs are nice, room is very standard and food is good. Hotel Newcastle is in a very good location and not too far from the airport and the island

Best place to dine in Anthony Village. Great place for Indians and Indian food lovers too. They also do buffet every Sunday for as low as 4k per head and they do serve lovely meals including mouth watery appetizers

Although very old. The place is nice with ample parking space in front of and behind the building.

There's a store upfront and a hall behind for events. The capacity is for about 400 guests seated banquet style.

There are restrooms in the hall and the place has running water available in and around the compound.

There's wheelchair accessibility at this hotel.

The hotel is at a good location. Easily located via the oshodi expressway or from within the Anthony residential area.

The staff here are courteous.

Very bad service. Even Indian Staff who called for taking food order was rude. They behave as if I am staying free of cost..

Room service was pathetic as well... Need to call three to four times for water and such kind of requirements.

Never cleaned the room on time

I will never opt this hotel again

I stayed in the hotel as a part of quarantine in Aug 2021. Bed sheets were not clean at the time of check in and were replaced on the 5 th day of quarantine after multiple follow ups.. dustbins were not cleared on time even after request.

Food quality is also not good… I have been to this hotel restaurant multiple times before and I had a comparetively good experience. But now when I came for the quarantine, the food quality is terrible. All veg and non-veg side dishes have same taste…

Totally un happy and I would not recommend this hotel for the quarantine

The place is ok and accessible tho they don't have complimentary breakfast and morning coffee. They have indian buffet every Sunday which is a must try :)
