I was visiting Lagos for the best medical consultation, so I was very selective before picking Euracare. I really appreciate some of its very professional staff, like Dr Oge, Jumoke, Victory, Adeoye u0026 Michael. While some receptionists and nurse Eniola were just unnecessarily condescending. I believe I could have spent less time waiting to see the doctor.

I was wowed by the orderliness. From the front desk right to your assigned nurse etc. The process was seamless allowing for a reduced wait time. I noticed how courteous the staff were, this is quite commendable - twice have I visited Euracare and I have seen the same orderliness and courtesy on both occasions. The chairs at the reception are very comfy ???? They've also got ultra modern equipments for X-Rays, scans and other lab tests.

The radiology department here is really pathetic in their services and the way they respond to patients.

They are so expensive but yet their service is extremely poor, no exaggerations!
Why would MRI images not be available to the person who paid for the examination to be done? Why would the report be given on CD-ROM? This is 2022! How about flash drives? And even the report won't be available until 24hours...but the images remain unavailable to the patient or the doctor who requested the examination.And they have all sorts of lame excuses to justify their lapses and unjust services. It's just PATHETIC. Never had this kind of experience before! Terrible!

Staffs and front desk personnel were very professional and friendly. The hospital is located in a serene environment. The bills are very expensive. You may want to consider a government hospital if you can't afford the bills

Imagine having a major health crisis then being convinced to perform every single test they offer. Now imagine that it has been two full weeks and not having the results of a single test back while the CMO asks you to wait an additional week for results. What type of hospital does not release blood test results after a LIFE THREATENING EVENT????? Euracare claims to be the American/European alternative to healthcare in Nigeria but I can tell you that the only difference is their marketing and fees. I’ve had urgent and prompt services at Reddington Hospital for 1/4 of the cost. Save yourself the anxiety, go to a different facility. Euracare is false advertising at best.

Going to Euracare for the first time is a very pleasant experience compared to others we've been to. Their service was superb with a heartwarming acceptance from the nurses.

Some one said if you think Grey’s Anatomy then you would be describing Euracare’s setting. Lol. Not far from that description. The personnel are very friendly, professional, helpful, informative and service oriented. And the hospital has a calming relaxing environment.
