Price is fair for the Ambience (Heart of VI) and the place looks more homely as well, 100% security, staffs are well mannered respectful and always ready to help. Their food is quite good , delicious and tasty. But the reception needs a TV at least . Water supply is 100% white and clean . I enjoyed my stay all the way from Delta states . It’s a good hotel that has some classical and ancient touches.

Friendly staffs , Ambience is great, warm reception, food is top notch and services in general is fantastic. Spa services is a top notch as well. Home away from home and the staffs are always helpful. I had enough complimentary and there was light and water throughout my stay here too.

Please no one should ever dream of going to this hotel, because your life is not safe sleeping there. I REPEAT, DON’T EVER EVEN IF IS FOR FREE.

You may visit for just site seeing It doesn't worth calling a Hotel, very poor service, no Source of Adequate Electricity, very poor service, the rooms smell, it's a hostile environment. I made a reservation but couldn't stay on getting there.

I have to give this hotel props for the dated affluent ambience. Asides that, it was a terrible experience. Almost everything didn't work. And there was a loud whining noise all night from the smoke detector. I had to take my bath in another room cos my bathroom got flooded.
