I love this place! Our flight was delayed by 5 hours and by the time we got into Kano it was already past midnight. Was still able to get a hot meal from the restaurant at that time, plus good service. It's also in a safe neighborhood. The amenities worked and I liked that the heater worked - hot water in a hotel is always a good plus.

I spent a night there.The room was cozy and everything (appliances) was working just fine.sirene environment I liked it. + 24hrs power supply ????

To sum it up....we had mice, roaches and bedbugs in our room. We called the front desk and they offered a sticky mouse trap - if I would come pick it up - because maintenance was gone for the day. We called the next day and asked for maintenance to take care of the mouse and they set a live trap. The next day we called to ask maintenance to take the dead mouse out of our room. The next day, we called to tell them that we killed a roach in our room. We also asked for clean towels. They came to get the dead mouse but not to give us clean towels. We asked to have a manager call us and it never happened. On our last night when we were packing up to leave, we found dead bed bugs on our clothes and bed. When we went to the front desk, Deanna said that there were no records of our calls in their "book". She acted like I was lying. She said she could move us to a new room and that we should go to urgent care if we were bitten by bedbugs. Do not stay at this resort!!! It is infested and no-one apologizes for mice, roaches or bed bugs and managers do not return your calls.

The rooms were very clean and spacious without any faulty toilet system.

It's a good hotel. Had some trouble with mosquitos (staff provided insecticide later on) but everything else was fine.

Very homely with courteous staff located in the Government Reserved Area of Nassarawa suburb of Kano City.
