Came here after leaving a bad experience with a previously booked hotel. It’s not very big, but well taken care of and the staff were very kind. A major downside is that you have to pay for internet vouchers which you can only use on a single device. Would not have been a big issue if one single voucher worked across 3 devices at least. They offer a small but excellent range of options on their menu. Anyone visiting this place must try their plated chicken shawarma. I have had shawarma in some Middle Eastern countries, and this is the best I can think of - an absolute juicy chicken fest! This singular food experience dwarfed everything else for me.

A beautiful hotel with a restaurant that serves breakfast for every nights stay. The rooms were beautiful. And it's in the heart of Kano which makes it easy to get there from the airport.

Unbelievably backwards in terms of technology. Imagine in this day and age, a hotel selling Wi-Fi access, yet you can't connect. I honestly feel ripped off for paying for access to Internet that doesn't work properly.
I had to checkout earlier than planned as I was unable to do my work online.
The Management needs to update to the 21st Century, every other thing is bearable but not a poor Internet service.

Came here expecting a lot, but sadly we could not stay here as the hotel over booked and we didn't get our rooms.

Had heard a lot about this hotel, but sadly after multiple confirmations about our rooms and they told it was confirmed, when we arrived, the rooms were booked for someone else and the hotel was fully booked.

We had to move to another hotel.

A lovely hotel with luxurious amenities. Every facility worked well. Food was sumptuous too. Hotel needs to provide complimentary wifi for guests
