A magnificent hotel within the 3 range star hotels. Good security, friendly staff, spacious reception, amazing rooms and lots more. There is free wifi and their meals are nice. They also cater for reservations. Price ranges from 18,000 and above. They have shuttles for rides to airport and around town.

The hotel is despicable. The room was dirty, reek of offensive odour and the sheets were dirty (there were strands of hair on the pillow case...see picture). I insisted on a change before I could stay.

Phone didn't work and that makes it difficult reaching the front desk or calling for any services. The television remote control was broken and the one for the air conditioner didn't have batteries.

If I hadn't stayed in better hotels in Kano, this would have been a huge negative experience that could stereotype the city of Kano.

Today I moved to the main building and occupy a suite (see pictures). The rooms, toilet and other facilities are much better here than the extension. The air conditioning works fine and television is big screen with over 10 channels.

Well, hope this makes up for the nasty experience at the extension.

In terms of facilities, it has spacious rooms with necessary things to make you comfortable. But there's only one power socket in the room behind the couch. Also, the female receptionist needs more training, she is not helpful at all, meanwhile other hotel attendants are well behaved.

Attended a training at the hotel. The conference hall was good but a bit small.

Pricey for an average service hotel. Light switch is just by the door which means one has to get outta bed to turn off the lights. Mosquitoes made the night uncomfortable.

This is a terrible place to stay. It is supposed to be a luxury hotel, and built for that taste, but it is not living to that expectation. The hotel is dirty and smelly. The pillows smell terribly. The rooms and the bathrooms are unkempt, with the odour of a dungeon. I had to request that the pillows be changed, but the process was akin to applying for a job in a government organisation. I had to go down to the reception, and follow up with several calls. Then two hours later, my wish was granted with wet pillow cases. The beddings were not changed since only God knows when. I eventually had to use my bedsheets and pillow cases. The staff try to be friendly, but are clearly untrained. This place is simply terrible and dirty.
