I was here several years ago, and it was well just an OK place. There was nit much to show, but the little there was were quite educative and informative. One thing that would commend is the warm welcome by the staff and the detail of our tour or do i say museum guide. There is enough parking lot and the entrance is accessible with wheelchair. I don't know how much is charged now, but i think i paid #100 then per person.

The national museum been a center where histories of national importance are kept has been neglected by the government quite for some decades needs urgent intervention interms of infrastructure and proper management. The Museum which suppose to be educating the younger generation about their cultures and how their societies came to be and give them sense of purpose for their nation integration.

This ought to be one of the nicest places to visit in Ilorin but the negligence of the kwara state government has turned that place to something else...buildings aren't things to talk about. Although the exhibitions are worth checking out trust me!!

Not enough things to see here, more popular for the bar and canteen inside it than the museum itself needs government intervention for proper management and development, also needs traffic flow from visitors to keep it up and running

This place has the best cow skin pepper soup in town. Serene and natural environment, good for book launches and variety night.
