The two stars is for the nice environment, good interior and exterior design, the rooftop is a good location for hangout, but their food is nothing to write home about. Firstly the rice was cold, secondly they sell spoilt chicken. With the food, it was a bad experience for me

Food prices is a plus, food quality is OK but not great, customer service is really really bad.
I think the owner should consider updating their standard operating procedure (SOPs) and also do an orientation for the staffs.
The environment is excellent, interior design and decorations are out of this world.
They have like a kiddies section for kids.
And the menu is diverse with lots of options.
If you are in Ilorin this is one of the decent places to eat.
So four (4)star.

I gave Charcoals 3 stars because, although the dishes were relatively cheap, their customer service wasn't so good, the food wasn't so tasty too. The light went off and there was no backup power source on a pretty hot day. The interior design did make up for it a bit tho. I also like it because it has a separate restaurant for kids and also a playground, so it's a cool place to take your kids for a playdate. Overall, it wasn't a totally bad experience but I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon.....

Affordable food with nice view, good customer service but they don't do delivery, every other thing is nice, the package, the car pack, its just lovely and amazing they even offer local dishes, its great all round

The food is really nice and the interior is soothing. It's quite affordable and the prices are even more subsidized with the combo offers they have.

Bought rice and chicken and they got spoilt in minutes. The customer service rep is uncouth and rude. They don't deserve any star whatsoever

A really bad experience, I would rather say worse! Spoilt food, spoilt chicken and to speak of the worse, unremorseful Customer service!!
