It cool place to live with constant electricity
There is no scarcity of water even if you are walking around the place and you suddenly need a tap water either to drink or wash your face you get no problem and the Road around that place is top notch

Should have been a beautiful garden to be proud of but left unkempt by the management. It's saddens to see a beautiful garden turned forest while we have government who cares not to maintain state owned treasures.

It's located at GRA Ilorin, after Post Office, very near to Tanke junction...One of its road also leads to ShopRite... It's characterised with good road network, serene environment, good electricity, tight security... In a nutshell, it's a good residential area
