Budget friendly place. Connected to a good electricity supply. Hot water runs in the bathroom, Room was neat and bedsheets didn't make me sneeze☺️, Fan and AC in good working condition though the AC has a slight hum when it's on. However, it's new name is PREMIUM DIAMOND HOTEL no longer Alpha and Omega. Not so good points - fridge not working in Rooms 105 and 116 (where I stayed), only one channel available so I had to watch at the mercy of whoever was controlling the decoder, intercoms not working (just a dead phone on the table), complementary soap and tissue paper were of very low quality; the mattresses would need to be replaced because they sink under the weight of the guest which can worsen back pain.
All in All, good performance, room for improvement definate.????????????????????????

Name has changed to Premium Diamond Hotel. It's an affordable place and quite OK.
