Very serene environment with beautiful environment making it conducive for living.

The estate is well laid out and has a good road network. However, some stretch of the roads are not well maintained. Very close to the city centre. There are facilities like mosques, churches schools and shopping centres.

This estate bus located in Ilorin, kwara state of Nigeria. It's a very good area to live, well secured and with good road network in and around the estate. Not too far from Ilorin International Airport
