Rundown. Poor Air-conditioning, Fumes all-over. Quality of Pizza a cause of management attention. Customer service needs massive uplift

While I appreciate that Domino thought it wise to create an outlet in Ogudu, it is still not a surprise that they let the monogamy get to their head by purposely not trying to please their customers.

I have ordered both in the outlet and via telephone and trust me, on a lot of occasions, I end up losing my appetite either due to the attitude of my first point of contact or just telling me that they cannot do anything to make sure I'm able to pay when cash or my card is not within reach. It seems like their ATM always chooses not to work everytime they need to do home delivery.

The atmosphere in the outlet is however calm and welcoming. However, I can't say the same about the staff.

Service was quite slow. It seems as though it was because the place is under staffed or they aren't at their right positions. There was only one person attending to me with an ever increasing queue. They also didn't have the printout menu anymore but it may be the new norm. Asides all this, my experience was okay.

Their pizza is ok ... Domino's pizzas are generally ok compared to some private owned pizza shops ... Ambience for now is not like b4 ... Tho its cuz of the coronavirus restrictions... Its cool regardless
