I stayed there while on my 3 week vacation. It was clean. It was very affordable. The staff was very welcoming u0026 friendly. The food was very tasty.. The location was close to the main strip. It was almost a top notch place to stay. But the power u0026 WiFi kept shutting off u0026 so did the hot water. The staff didn't always come to take care of an issue right away either. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

This is one place that I stayed and could smell the cleanliness of the bed spread. I was pleasantly surprised with the crisp freshness of the bedspread. The bed and pillow were inviting.

The reception was cordial and the 24/7 power is a bonus. Don't count on the breakfast, it is not sizable for a full meal. Parking is a bit difficult, I struggled to get the car into and out of the narrow car park. The location was close to what I needed to do and easily assessible without getting into the notorious Lagos traffic.

They have great customer service and friendly staffs. I was called via an intercom line to confirm if I'm aware my visitor was leaving which I find interesting. Free breakfast and the foods I ordered from their restaurant were really nice. Great experience.

Absolutely cool place to chill with no typical Lagos noise. Only issue was electricity going off and on intermittently. Back up generator was always available tho. I'll def be back...

Pretty cool hotel. Quite cozy and kept scrupulously clean. Professional service staff who are very courteous but don't come across as friendly.

Personally, I think it is a little overpriced for its location. But a decent place to stay if you don't mind shelling out a few extra bucks.

Their price is okay. Not all rooms have a water heater especially their least room. I don't know if the name of the room is classic but their least room is very small. Tv station wasn't great at all. You might say I got is what I paid for but I have seen hotels do better at the same price. Their higher room is just a little bigger than the least room. The ambience of the hotel is poor, Old fashioned is the word. It can be brighter and upgraded. Their Sign board or identity board that should carry the name of the Hotel is very tiny so you can easily pass it. I recommend a bigger sign board will make people aware that it isn't residential but an hotel open for business. The staff are customer friendly and are willing to help anytime the needs arises

Quietlane was worth the money!

It's not your regular hotel. It has the feel and look of an apartment (as the name implies).

The water heater works. The bed is very comfy and the room is spacious. The air conditioner works perfectly. They add a towel, bathing soap and a complimentary tea, sugar and milk. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are categoried into:
Compact room (N15,000)
Classic room (N17,000)
Premium room (N20,000)
Business suite (not sure about this)

P.S: These prices were gotten as at June 31, 2021 and is subject to change by the residence.

One more thing I liked is the art work they add to the rooms (I was in the classic room and can't say for the others). It adds an elegant feel to the room.
