Customer service is rather poor and stand-offish. The facility also shows signs of neglect e. g collapse bed, non functional in-room entertainment, spoilt plumbing. I was unable to relax. I derived absolutely no value for the money i paid.

It's an okay place for a night or two. It's on the street behind Ikeja city mall (ICM) so you won't have to go far to get food and some basic amenities.

Seemingly 24/7 power supply, switching between NEPA and the generator. The rooms are okay for the prices, I haven't been to the executive rooms so I can't comment on those.

This place is like home away from home. The owner of the hotel is very nice and friendly. The staffs are very humble and nice too. The only thing is that you have to keep your valuable secured in your room or hand it to one of the staffs because my son's tablet was stolen from the living room and we couldn't find it. It was just a staff that was in the living room when we left and no other guest was occupying a room still they can't tell what happened to my son's tablet. The security camera is not woking according to their claim. Other than that, it's a very great place to stay.

Ok place to spend the night, apparently there's no restaurant or room service so make sure to eat before you get there.

Poor customer service. I lodge there for 2nights and my room wasn't cleaned after several request. No complimentary breakfast.
