I gave a very positive review a few years ago, but sadly, things appear to have gone downhill at this hotel. Right from check-in there were issues. The Receptionist took forever to confirm my reservation despite the fact that I had made full payment for three rooms well before my arrival. I got to the rooms to discover they require serious face-lift. Very poor lighting, poor Air-conditioning and furniture needing upgrades. The TV in one room was faulty while another did not even have a TV! A replacement was installed right in my presence after check in! It also took several reminders before towels and tissue paper which I had to pick up myself at about 11.40pm, were supplied for one of the rooms. This used to be a very good hotel so it is puzzling to see such a drastic drop in standards. Though the location is very good it still isn't enough to taper over the many deficiencies existing at this moment. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for now.

This hotel has the potential for greatness. It's centrally located - next door to Ikeja City Mall, key government offices, and a broader access to the Lagos - Ibadan Expressway. However, standards has dropped drastically, the sheets aren't sparklingly clean, and the ongoing construction work on one of the floors of the hotels is a no - no for guests who crave quietness. There's opportunity for improvement.

The hotel is ideally located with the secretariat, Alausa shopping mall, immigration office among other amenities just within walkable distances.

Rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. I also enjoyed the foods and the overall services during my stay.

Called reception for towels and sugar and after they said okay, didn't come with it till I went down there to complain. There were no soap in the hand-wash soap dispenser and no toilet brush in the room. Also got WiFi access on the second day. Room service came at 2pm after we left the room the entire morning to clean so he had to clean with us waiting for him outside.The duvet is so light...asides that it's really close to the mall, they need to improve on their services to guests

The security situation of the entire Hotel is not conducive for business, thief issue was reported to the hotel management and nothing has been done.

Catering services is also poorest, no hygiene and safety related services.

When you are in this environment be very careful with your belongings.

Their customer service is a 7 out of 10
It’s a beautiful place and really quiet. It’s almost like it’s not in a busy place at Ikeja.
It’s moderately priced.
You can go there just to swim without lodging, and that costs about 2000 Naira.

Located at Alausa, Ikeja. It is beside Ikeja City Mall facing the highway so it is easily accessible. De Rembrandt Hotel is a very nice place, the structure, the interior to the art work are top-notch. Open to vacation, baecation, family time and business talks.
