I gave a very positive review a few years ago, but sadly, things appear to have gone downhill at this hotel. Right from check-in there were issues. The Receptionist took forever to confirm my reservation despite the fact that I had made full payment for three rooms well before my arrival. I got to the rooms to discover they require serious face-lift. Very poor lighting, poor Air-conditioning and furniture needing upgrades. The TV in one room was faulty while another did not even have a TV! A replacement was installed right in my presence after check in! It also took several reminders before towels and tissue paper which I had to pick up myself at about 11.40pm, were supplied for one of the rooms. This used to be a very good hotel so it is puzzling to see such a drastic drop in standards. Though the location is very good it still isn't enough to taper over the many deficiencies existing at this moment. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for now.
