One stop shop for provisions and basic household items at an affordable rate… you need to come very early to take a number though..

Great go to place for groceries and other items but the queue is so discouraging. You have to queue outside. Spend minutes, probably hours outside before you can get inside and this makes the security men act funny in a way.

Inside the supermarket, you have to queue to pay for your items, then join another queue to have your items packed. I'd suggest whoever checked the items for payment should pack them as well. The other hands at the packing section can join the cashiers this way and make things faster.

If you are going to Pinnacle, ensure you're not in a hurry cause you might spend half of your productive day there.

We have few of many of this kind of mall in Ibadan, well structure, and customer service is cool and after-sales service is superb.
Their car park is big enough to accommodate more than 10cars at a time but at owner risk.

Good pricing of goods. Needs to improve on customer relations. Also needs more staff at payment and packing units. The store can come up with better management methods of this units.

The queue/wait time to get into here most times can be really crazy. Fair wholesale prices, the shelves get empty quickly and you might not get what you want or you try another brand.

This is one location I will not be visiting anytime soon. The time to shop here is too long and shopping is stressful. Truthfully, the prices of items here are ridiculously low but in my opinion, it isn't worth the long queues I always have to encounter. I believe there are solutions to the complaints I made and things can be done to improve shopping conditions.
