Centrally located within bodija/agodi garden/Secretariat. Pocket friendly, as they have varied rooms to cater for varied class of guests. Neat and well managed rooms. Constant light and dedicated staffs, always eager to assist.

The environment was not very neat, there was a rat in the room, I looked under the bed and it was an eyesore. The staff didn't appear surprised by my complaint about the rat, they must have heard the same thing over and over.
The bathroom wasn't in a good condition either.
There was a lot of noise as well.

●The bathrooms are in poor conditions.(both executive and standard rooms)

●No duvet in the standard room only executive(which makes absolutely no sense because you might not be able to turn on the AC cause of cold)

●Standard rooms be looking like a hostel room.

●Noisy hallway from guests etc.

●Executive rooms are alright/okay just need to work on the bathroom that's all

Beautiful recently renovated rooms. Well stocked bars with all manners of drinks for all classes of clients. Exquisite lounge and club facilities with excellent customer services.

A nice serene place, convenient for lodging and small conferences. The members of staff seemed nice to have me and the service was homely.

Stayed in their Deluxe room their Tier 4 room. I was not impressed. Had to request for toiletries. The towel was hard. My colleague had some mites on her bed. TV was not clear. Went for breakfast at 7.45am and they had not set up

Nice place to stay. I will always love to sleep there anytime I'm in Ibandan.
