For anyone who is not looking for luxury, this is a very nice place to spend a few days at. Rooms are available in different sizes and their smallest room can take two people comfortably. It is located in a quiet estate. The downside of the location however is the fact that you need to walk a sizeable distance to the main road before you can access a variety of services that are not offered in the hotel. I'll comfortably rate it a 2.5 ✨✨✨

The location was so central. The power supply was never interrupted. All other services were provided and were of good quality.
Nice place to be.

Koltol is a hotel very close to my house, so I come here often. The rooms here are neat and the prices are moderate. The last time I was here, I was told that a regular room was #8000 per night, standard room, about #15000 and VIP room about #20,000 per night ( I hope I've not forgotten the exact prices, lol). The drinks prices here are moderate and they are affordable. There's an in-house DJ cum barman who plays songs on the stereo in the bar at night. Live football matches are often showed here at all seasons.

Location is quite unsafe for me, although there was a police station close by.
Lack of parking space, had to park outside.
The last time I visited 2017, there were lots of maintenance issues.... Don't know about now.
Space within and compound constraint.

They can do better by working on their prices.
The customer care and staffs are well mannered and understand English. There's room for improvement in your complimentary breakfast.
