It is located opposite the University teaching hospital, Ibadan and behind access bank; making it easy to locate. There is need to work on the compound to make it more level and friendly to both the agile and feeble feet, and also to accommodate more vehicles. The customer service is fairly OK, but there is need for improvement in order to accommodate more "annoying" customers. There is space inside the service centre but no comfortable seats for customers. As a matter of fact, the service centre needs to be be overhauled to make it more conducive and homely for both the workers and customers.

Service was fast as there was no queue. The environment could be tidied up more. Not very sanitary.

There are lots of DSTV service center in Ibadan. They are the place you can fix any problem with your decoder. They fix problems of Dstv and Gotv.

Those guys, the agents are crooks. Bought a decoder and it was switched with a used one. I only noticed the following day, thanks to MYDSTV app that revealed the real owner. Had to even shout and howl before the manager decided to intervene.
Doing business with Dstv, Iwo road office, not ever except there's no other alternative in the whole Nigeria
