Very beautiful Hotel with good rooms and room service. I really like that their elevators work and you get your completely breakfast. It was my first time in a pool too. On the flip side, the drain in my room's bathroom got clogged a few times though. All in all, I enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend.

The bathroom in the hall is poorly maintained - door knobs faulty, water closet doesn’t flush well, no standby toilet maintenance person.

For Carlton Gate standard, I should be giving them 2 stars. This review is only based on my experience with the hall, as I didn’t access the lodge, I believe that should be far better.

Wheelchair accessible. Limited car parking (doesn’t make the hall ideal for large meetings or parties). General serenity is good.

Their customer service is poor.
We booked in with the hall,
First of all we were denied the appropriate discount.
Imagine charging us money for requesting for a spoon to eat with.
Like I requested for plastic spoon and you still charge me money before bringing it up to the room I booked and paid for.
I am disappointed to be honest
2 rooms one night
1 room the second night

No complimentary breakfast was served.

Their staffs needs to try harder too.

This hotel is home away from home. Secured and clean. Staffs are very professional and helpful. Thanks to the management I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely recommend this place always.

Their event hall is cool but services rendered is zero. No adequate security, guests cars was almost stolen. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

The bathroom and furniture is not befitting the price paid for the room. Bathroom and wardrobe is in a terrible state.
The kitchen staff are slow and need more training on communication skills as they often sound rude

Worst hotel ever!!! Pls save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. They don’t give you towels and toiletries. You have to basically beg for it and after that, you’re given only one towel and that it’s the policy. We couldn’t charge phones and laptops and refused to provide adapters. Definitely wished we stayed somewhere else… especially for the price, very disappointed.
