It's a hotel located close to federal hospital ( university college hospital) in Ibadan, it's best available for patients (from another state) relatives lodge or students lodge. Doesn't have standard hotel accessories.

It's a decent hotel. The room was comfortable. Staff were courteous. Just a few more touches to bring it to standard.

The guy at the reception is so calm. The environment is also quiet .Overall, it's not bad for the price.

It is beautiful in structure

Maintenance could be better

The receptionist wasn't on sit but I realised I met the fellow at the gate when I entered.
