The staff are really pleasant and helpful. This made up for a somewhat disappointing experience. Standard has dropped from the last time I was there in 2017. For some weird reason they no longer put bath linens in the bathroom even after I asked. What I got was a threadbare towel obviously meant for use as a rag. You also don’t get a WiFi code upon check in. (I didn’t ask though). Room service food was delayed and brought almost lukewarm. The staff seem really overwhelmed. The staff at the reception was also the one manning the room service order lines and serving as well. Too much for one person obviously.
