The staff are really pleasant and helpful. This made up for a somewhat disappointing experience. Standard has dropped from the last time I was there in 2017. For some weird reason they no longer put bath linens in the bathroom even after I asked. What I got was a threadbare towel obviously meant for use as a rag. You also don’t get a WiFi code upon check in. (I didn’t ask though). Room service food was delayed and brought almost lukewarm. The staff seem really overwhelmed. The staff at the reception was also the one manning the room service order lines and serving as well. Too much for one person obviously.

Well.... Could have been better BUT for the buts... Customer service was good but the facility needs maintaince... Imagine having to wake up sweaty cos the AC stops working at middle of the night...or having to miss your morning appointment because there's no water to take your bath in the morning....

This is the neatest hotel in Enugu. Good security and the workers are cheerful and we'll trained. Just that their complimentary breakfast is small and limited choices. Facilities are up to date with variety of channels to watch.
Great pool side hang out though their grilled fish is quite expensive. My friends and I had a good stay at The Hotel. This will be our regular stay in Enugu. I hope they keep up on the standard

Good environment, good service, well secured, the rooms are okay nice bed to relax and good atmosphere, good food, cool pool bar for relaxing, cool love guarding, cool bar `the main bar, trained staff with good welcome, the conference hall is nice with cool air condition, The hotel is a place of comfort to relax with your families and friends.

My husband and two small children 3 and 5 visit Enugu from California and stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 days and nights and I must admit was a wonderful time. The children swam while we ate rice and chicken and drank Moet. The hotel was very safe and quite. Good food. The rooms are huge and have refrigerator. The lights were always on only when NAPA would go out in the day time it would switch to generator quickly. Will go back when I visit Enugu.

Very serene and beautiful place to be. Good food , good ambience, super courteous and friendly staff. I'll recommend The Hotel to my friends and family.

Service has to improve, they have to check rooms for faults before allocating, its not customer who will tell them light isnt working or wardrobe has fault or fridge has fault and so on
