The hotel is solid if unspectacular. Has beautiful fittings and okay furniture. The bathroom door is a bit misaligned and does not fit, serene and cosy. Good dining area below the bar that puts it almost underground. Cost is okay for the value you get in Enugu. The food is great, but customer service is poor. Their towels were bad. Overall an okay experience

Great hotel located in a quiet area in the Heart of Enugu. Large and spacious rooms, good WiFi network, buffet kind of complementary breakfast, warm ambience and great reception. I enjoyed my stay at Maxbe and will recommend it for you while you are in Enugu

The hotel is quite comfortable. Adequate security is assured, it's a stone throw away from the Enugu State Government House. It's beautiful, as well. If you're a lover of finger foods, you'd make Maxbe your sure plug.

A not too pricey @ N35,000 for a standard room, not too big and nice hotel with neat u0026 comfortable rooms.

Tasty food too but the breakfast choices are nothing....few and not interesting options and the lineup of trays don't look nice. The bar on the other hand seems to be much nicer (though my 1st u0026 2nd choice of drinks were not available ????)

The bathroom could be cleaner also....there are lots of stains and accumulated dirt around the tub u0026 wash hand basin; the cleaners don't seem to do good jobs cleaning that part of the room...

I loved everything about this hotel. Didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but it looked nice. Everything was a bit on the pricey side though.

One of the best hotel in Enugu state, with good service and and located close to Enugu state government house

Good environment, quiet, clean but poor service. Food and drinks aren't worth the price.
They also have poor complimentary services to the rooms. They do not place bath mats or complimentary beverages most times and refuse to do so even after you inform them of the omission.
I however got good service from my check-in and check out porters. They were professional.
The staff never smile too.
