Bex Suites and Spa is a cool relaxation spot with exquisitely beautiful rooms and hospitable environment with well trained staff. The charges are pocket friendly and for all classes of people. It located at Ishielu street, Independence Layout, Enugu.

I didn't find it difficult to locate the place. It's in a serene, quiet and clean location. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The price was good for the room outlook.The hotel is a beautiful edifice with spacious and clean rooms. The bathrooms are quite small with leakages that require plumbing attention. Most of the bulbs are dead. The towels are neat but some are torn. A little bit of attention to maintenance issues will make the hotel better. The experience was satisfactory.

Bex suites and spa is very ok at it's price. It was such a nice place to visit and have a two days stay. The facilities are very much ok. And the room very spacious. My one and only problem I had was that my room shower wasn't in order and as such I couldn't use it. But above all, the hotel attendants were very nice people. Always wanting and willing to help customers, they were simply awesome.

The hotel is a total opposite of what I saw on jumia travels.

It had mosquitoes, customer service is zero.

I wanted a channel to be changed for me, I called like 4 times and it was not even clear.

They need to do a lot of maintainance check, no sockets by the besides, my room was not bright, about 2 bulbs were bad

Did I forget the black and red ants, shower wasn't working, towels need to be replaced. Too brown.

I'm totally disappointed and not happy with my stay, I couldn't even eat there because I was highly irritated.

I would have loved to give a 5 star. It's just there. Spent a night. I didn't try out their food why bcos I went out to get the local dishes like Abacha and Nkwobi. The hotel was literally screaming Wi-Fi with signs everywhere but guess what as most hotels give an excuse that it's expired. It's still a cool place to spend the night. They provided light for 24 hours
