The store was mainly stocked with electronics and gadgets ranging from smart TVs, smart phones, microwave oven, and many more. The staff are friendly.
There are few spaces for parking (vehicles).
It is located along chime avenue.
You can get your ordered products from there,
You can as well pay on delivery in there too.
There are security cameras and security personnel as well.
My visit to konga was hassle free as I was attended to with care.

My experience with there customer service is Very bad. She was extremely rude and dared to shout at customers instead of calmly explaining things to them. This is the worse I have ever seen. I would rather choose other competitors over Konga express. Please something should be done about the customer service it's very terrible ☹️.

Quite disappointed in the company itself, though not the workers at this particular office (in Enugu). They make returns so difficult and convulated, no matter how honest and proper the underlying reason may be.
