Nice place, serene environment, awesome location it's just on the road and easy to locate, however they need to upgrade their old building, if you will enjoy your stay here then make sure your room is on the new building.
They have awesome customer service too

The experience here was awful. The water heater wasn't functioning. The receptionist was so rude and she is black in complexion and below average in height. The experience wasn't encouraging at all

Their reception is very poor, you will make a call requesting for a particular thing they won't even come to attain to you. Lighting systems in the rooms are not working. I feel they should improve in their management.

Good and conducive environment.

Nice location.

Ease of access.

Several good hospitality managers.

But...

One bad receptionist that believes she is always right in all situations...

Many of the Air Conditions in several rooms were not working and I ended up switching from room to room until I decided to leave.
