I commend konga more than jumia. Their staff are serious and always willing to help unlike jumia that frustrated me on my own order. I went here, they said It's there. I went there, they said it's that. I went that, they said it's nowhere. Until i cancelled the order and they returned my money. Just to take me as customer and look for my order carefully, they keep redirecting me to different pickup station meanwhile i know the pickup station i chosed, utill i cancelled my order myself.

Wish it were more closely located to my base but it's okay where it is. What made me particularly happy and grateful about this Konga location was its helpful staff.
Serious traffic jams delayed my arrival so much so that I arrived 6 minutes past their closing time (of 6pm). They wanted to bar my entrance but, learning that I came from a distant place to pick up my item, they graciously attend to me even though it meant that they'd have to rewrite their closing balance, etc etc, and leave later than planned.
