When I choose to talk about hospitality business, these are the establishment that match up in pace and precedence.. choose a smoother word for neatness, or should I talk about the customer service or the welcoming gesture of the Porter.. it's a sight to behold.. the class they've set should be able to usher in new generations in this business.. weldone Carlton.. you've certainly outdone yourself..

It was an okay hotel but their staff lack professionalism sometimes! There’s one particular ugly lady that looks like a man that just badged into my room, saying she was looking for smokers that someone was smoking and it was smelling on the psssge, she didn’t even wait for me to open the door, she just pushed herself in , when she realized that it wasn’t my room, she didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize! She needs to be sacked immediately because she will make customers not to be coming there! That’s the only bad thing that happened while I was there!

Serene environment. Right from the moment you walk through the doors, the staff are courteous and welcoming with beaming smiles and ready to assist you. They immediately acknowledge your presence and ask that you give them a few minutes to finish off with a patron that they were already attending to. I was totally blown away at the quality and food portions. Whoever the chef is, you’re doing a great job. I love that there is a kiddies pool and that of adults as well. Room service was exceptional. Always did a good job. Definitely worth a visit!

It's a nice place to be, they one of the best services in enugu, but what i like most is their restaurant and food, i will recommend anybody that is traveling to enugu to try the place and they won't regret.

acknowledge your presence . Room service was exceptional. The pillow is 100% fibre. The water pressure from the tap swept me off my feet.. Definitely worth a visit! And I shall come back.

I recently stayed at Carlton Swiss (March 22’) and I cannot commend their entire staff enough on their amazing hospitality.

It was quite apparent that customer service is of utmost priority for them. From the GM down to housekeeping staff, every single personnel was professional, attentive, and seemingly cared about my experience as their guest.

Hopefully, their maintenance culture remains robust; if so, I would definitely lounge there again and again! 5-STARS all around.

I had a very bad experience there…nothing to write home about them. They ruined my wedding eve as I struggled to even secure a room after I made reservations and even paid in advance for over 2 months. The experience was utterly poor. I am just short of words…AC in one of the room was not working and the manager and his staff were nonchalant over it. I even paid extra N20,000 just to take wedding pictures there. I can never in my wildest dream recommend that hotel. Enugu needs strong competition that it lacks right now.
