Staffs seemed less concerned, from payment, I knew I was gonna hate this. I had to go down hill and withdraw. No POS, Bank transfer not accepted. They might still be operating with 19th century standard. Heaters not working, called three time at 3hours interval and still didn’t get hot water to shower. The Ac didn’t work, maybe because they claimed to be using a smaller power supply all through the night. My worst experience in Enugu. Had to checkout to a better hotel. I am a consultant, the experience irritated me, so please do work on your errors.

All it staffs including manager need serious orientation...
It one of the worse hotel I've been to....it like they have timetable for everything.
When to on the water, when to on the A.C, when to on the water heater too which is so annoying

I also asked them to help me dry clean my clothes and I was told they don't offer laundry service too. Imagine going home with dirty clothes after logging at the hotel for four days.

To be honest I don't see anything princess about this hotel... because their services are poor. If I was the only one complaining it a different thing, but people from other room too were complaining too.

But I won't lie about the fact that the staffs were very patience with us whenever we complain...but aside that, the hotel staffs and manager need a good orientation on how to run a hotel.

And to whomever it is replying reviews...stop making people think that they are liers by justifying rubbish ????. This hotel has poor service and you people should work on that... because I said your staffs was very patience with customers does not mean that they are good or they offered the best service...of course they should
And stop twisting people review against them in the name justifying what's not right and making other people think that we're not saying the truth. Of course what's the point of having a review section if you don't want customers to express what they experience in the hotel freely.

I had a very horrible experience in this hotel and I won't lie about...I had to leave for Abuja very early on a Monday morning because of the lockdown and when I woke up to bath around 4:30am there was no water ... like I had to go meet the receptionist to pump the water and the AC was off too...what are you going to say about that??????????????...and you're telling the that there is electricity 24/7 and you guys can pump water?...haba na

Orientation will your staffs improve their services and enlightened them on how to run and manage the hotel perfectly well...it just a piece of advice

Thank you

It's up a hill.
Spacious environment
Spacious rooms
There's a restaurant
Least room is ₦5,500 (very comfortable)
Big beds
Running water
Constant power (except when the gen gas issues)
All rooms have air conditioning (which only comes on at 5pm and goes off at 8am ????????????)
The staff are good

I thought the most annoying part of this hotel was the abysmal service but I've come to realize that it's the fact that they are hounding the guests that are giving bad reviews and making it seem like they are liars!
What is the point of leaving feedback if the staff would not even take correction?

I paid N4500 for a room here. I believe it was the last room available at the time because when I asked to switch, I was told no rooms are available. Turns out my 'room' had no running water, just one dim bulb, the AC was not functioning, and let me not even get started on the poor condition of the walls and bathroom. I complained to the staff at the reception and he asked me to check again then call him via intercom. Guess what? There was no intercom in the room????????????u200d♀️. At this point, I just accepted my fate and slept. Then I discovered a used condom on the floor the next morning as I was leaving.

Please, I beg you. Either your management turns room 106 into a storage room or you renovate it.

And stop this hilarious thing you're doing on here. Stop making your guests seem like their reviews are dishonest. Fix up your hotel!

I can't recommend this hotel. Staff most inhospitable.
Infact the manager himself threatened to kick me out just because I complained of poor picture quality of a television in my room.
Water is rationed. You have to drag yourself to the reception to demand for even mundane things as towel, because no intercom, and you have to shuttle to the reception for a couple of times for that.

A hospital with a competent work force, inbuilt laboratories, radiology, Dialysis and Endoscopy suites, and 24 hours power and water supply. I don't know how they do that.
One feels at home with the cleanliness and friendly staff. A unique place there is a beautiful Chapel where you can talk to your God one on one. Just amazing.
