I made a reservation and it was confirmed before leaving Lagos to Enugu only to be stranded when. I got there, the staff at the front desk has no business whatsoever in a hospitality industry, very arrogant, rude and I'll manner woman. It was pathetic to say the least ????????????. I'll strongly advice any Traveller to avoid this!!!

I have been to Dannic Hotels several times, and have never left dissatisfied. The best part about the hotel is the location. It's in a quiet area, but not too far from the city (about 15 minutes taxi ride). It's close to everything you need while visiting New Haven. The staff is always ready to go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They are friendly and professional.

Easy access to major road and airport. General service and amenities below average. Appears to be deteriorating when compared to my last visit

My staying in d hotel was ok but abt two days for me to check out, one of d cleaners stolen my money in my own bag.
They promised to check their CCTV up till now d so called manager have been turning me around just because I have traveled out of the country.
But am coming back for that money and they will surely return it.

Serene and affordable. Nice place. Has good history of service. About one of the oldest names in the history of modern hotel chains in Nigeria. This hotel has a great history, ensure you go there to find out. Friendly service providers, very beautiful halls for events. Best hotel restaurant with local delicacies in Enugu. Nice place to stay to your budget.
