The environment is cozy. Very accessible within the GRA axis at all times of the day. Rooms are good enough but wifi wasn't as good as I would like.

Had to change room 4 times, outdated AC units that failed in two rooms, one of the rooms had a busted water heater that almost caused a severe scalding accident, there were roaches and insects in most rooms and I saw a rat once. Would have been superb if they paid attention to maintenance and effective fumigation

A very good and safe place to stay. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Rooms are very neat but needs some updating. Overall, it a good place to stay and I will be back there.

Neat rooms,the ac functions just fine,the bed is comfortable. Really peaceful environment no noise from the bar like u have in some hotels. Helpful front desk guy called oyibo. The porter is also helpful. The downside is there's no electric kettle in the room so u have to call for hot water if u drink tea. Overall really affordable and good value for money

Friendly staff and cool ambience. Nice comfortable rooms too. You would enjoy it.
