One of the very affordable hotels in GRA. It is situated in a nice location, just along Ikpokpan road. They have rooms ranging from as low as N12000!!! The rooms are very clean, cozy and quite small but gets bigger as the prices go up. The hotel attendants, receptionist, waitresses, in fact the hotel staff were very welcoming and respectful. The premises are very spacious and can accommodate many cars.

Security Guards at the gate are very efficient. Quick. Sharp. Although they've stopped the complimentary car washing. Food isn't the best,but isn't terrible.

Then there's a really ugly man, inside and out that feels like he is a god. Telling paying customers that they can't use the phone in the lobby. Being rude. Acting like he wanted to fight different people. Then storms off to go play tennis. The only thing that saved this guy was the fact that a customer he wanted to have an altercation was too respectful. They would have beaten him. He is the main reason I write this. Retrain him, or reassign him to a back office. He will bring violence to your hotel.

Rooms are old. And the light cut off for a very long time in the middle of the night. No generator was turned on. Sweating profusely due to the lack of proper ventilation.

The quality of customer service care is extremely poor and low. Front Desk/Receptionist needs retraining on manner of approach and courteous. Rooms are more obsolete and needs a bit of refurbishment. My experience wasn't a pleasant one, hence why I am rating Kiko Hotel very low

Rustic kind of place, good location, safe. No WiFi or gym. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned including the air conditioning
Staff is slow and kind of rude, pushy too
Channels on TV do not work either, fridge too
Very easy to get Uber or bolt
Would not recommend.

A nice, low budget hotel with parking space and good swimming pool. Location is at the heart of GRA where access to shopping malls, good bars and night clubs are good. In addition, one can easily get good transport to any part of the city. Internet services wasn't that reliable but everything about the hotel is comfort
