Clean, I actually found the rooms large and comfy. Compared to similar places I have stayed in Benin, it is good price for money.

The furnishing needs some love though and toiletry pack could be provided to make the guest experience better.

Located in the heart of Benin city, easily accessible,just a few minutes from the airport. However, the hotel has long last it's glory days. But still okay if you are looking for a decent hotel on a tight budget

Nice location, needs more renovations, the price for their suit can be a bit adjusted to be more attractive, and there is a need to fix your outside and the surrounding lights, more lightning should be fixed at the entrance, someone would think the place is not in operation because of the poor lighting at the entrance.

Some renovations can be done also at the reception to be more attractive to customers coming in.

I really hated it...the bed was uncomfortable...the some taps were defective...they didn't leave towels in the rooms like normal.the air-conditioning was leaking. And the water heater didn't work... either, guess who took a bath with cold water????.

I'm giving it four stars because it has a lot of space,if you don't want to go inside you can just sit outside , the only thing is that the public toilet there has bad doors

The reason for the 3 Star is for the services rendered by the staff on duty during the period of stay. I want to believe it extends to other times.
The state of infrastructure/fittings in the rooms are quite poor and needs the right materials for maintenance.
It's location is expected to be an advantage that is not properly harnessed.
