Customer service was great, the staff were attentive and courteous, helpful directions as this was my first time visiting the state.

The room was clean and well maintained, it was a bit pricey though but probably because of the location.

Their food was okay though they take a long time before they bring the food.

I had issues with TV in the room, not sure if all other rooms had the same issue, there was no sound coming from the TV, complained to them but nothing was done.

In general, I had a great stay.

Cool place, but if your looking for low budget lodging, look somewhere else, low budget I mean 7k bellow.

Reception here is quite impressive with friendly staff. They have FREE WiFi but the network is very poor as all the times I visited I couldn't use it.

The environment is also quite cool enough to be addressed as being serene.

This is a nice hotel. It is quiet and peaceful; no night clubs no music ????, just peace. The rooms are fair and beautiful and fully air-conditioned.
However, their financial system here is very terrible; it's like patronizing different business because if you order for a meal, you must pay to the restaurant and then pay the bar for drinks. They refused to post it to my room quoting "Hotel policy"

Anyway, they have Free Wi-Fi and it works fine.

Hotel is in a nice location and has good environment. The staff are welcoming. But sad to see that indian hemp was freely smoked in the first floor this morning 7th January without anyone's concern if it was bad to smoke hemp in the hotel. This alone has superceded all the good things in the hotel. Its not a safe and responsible place to stay.
