Well, not a bad place. The rooms are okay. The toilet and bath are decent. The general condition of the hotel is decent and security pretty good.

Well, one good thing is the reserved space, parking and access for wheel chair. As a matter of fact, wheel chair is available in the lobby for any guest that may need it.

The restaurant isn't anything to write about. The food is horrible. I was served white rice that looked like pudding. The breakfast was cold. One would expect the food to be in chaffing dish with lamp or hot water to keep food warm. Terrible!!!

Randekhi is a very nice and cool place to Lounge, it is located in between Boundary road and Ihama road, the room service and reception is legit, it as a nice bar and swimming pool for relaxations...

One of the worst hotels in GRA, Benin in terms of service, professionalism and facilities. We held a conference and got all the rooms and each room has its issues from bad doors to bad TV or Bad Air Conditioning System or No Intercom or Bad Fridge or No staff to attend to you at the resturant or wash hand basin not working or water leaking into the rooms though it's a big hotel and has lots of roo.s but services really need to be worked on. You have to walk down to the reception each time you have an issue as the intercom doesn't work and worst part a N30,040 room does not come with breakfast.....

The experience so far has been quite impressive. Good customer service and the environment is serene. The rooms are spacious and house keeping is top notch. I'll recommend it to anyone visiting Benin any time, any day.

Average hotel by my experience, services are not top class, food order takes 1hr30mis - 2hrs to get served, no breakfast buffet but they have big rooms if that's a catch for you.

This is the worst Hotel i have ever checked into in my entire life. Quality of service is too poor for the amount spent. I even saw a roach in my room it was that bad. My advice never check into this hotel it is a No No.
