This Governmwnt department takes over the administration of issues relating to lands and surveys. Registration of land instruments like deeds of transfer, registration of mortgages, survey plans, information on ownership of registered land, applications for Certificate of Occupancy. All the previous activities of the Lands and Survey Department. Old files are being digitized. A well run establishment with very efficient and friendly staff. Probably the best run State Department in Edo State. The offices are all air conditioned and wait times are minimal. Great experience every time.
Well done to the Managing Director and of course the State Governor.

This is the Edo office for Geographic Information things like C of O acquisition and so on. The service here is 5 star plus unlike most govt offices. Staff are courteous, welcoming and do their jobs diligently.

The place is run like a private business. I was really surprised a public company in Nigeria could be run this way. There's something right being done here, definitely.

Protocols are strictly enforced here. Every thing is mostly automated. Nice customer service

The GM is a perfect gentle man but the staff that's another matter,they seem to want to play God quite unhelpful fellows .

State of the art facililty and very courteous staff with all needed information on their finger tips However opening times on the internet was inaccurate.
