Relatively quiet environment for relaxation. Mignonette is one of the few enterprises in the City that gives back to her host community on regular basis in allowing people to fetch water for free

Lovely new structure but the staff are not exactly hospitable. But that was a long time ago, hopefully, there has been some improvements.
