This Hotel is neat and calm, I love the services and great staff. Always well tidy nice place compared to those flashy advertised hotels. I have been visiting and lodging at this Hotel for 3yrs and they have not failed.

The Customer Service here was amazing, I only visited the Bar for a meeting and it was very calm and serene, the music wasn’t blasting and the Lady in Charge of the Bar was so helpful .

It has a nice bar, nice restaurant and a chill out lounge on the roof with a great view. The minimum you'll get a room is 12,000 naira and it's pretty good for the price. Good customer service too.

Stay in the hotel generally was comfortable and enjoyable. Nice staff,always smiley and very good with children,however there are some major things which needs an improvement. When electricity goes off there should be proper system so it doesn't go off for more than few seconds. I suggest solar panels would be better solution than generator.At some times we were waiting more than 30 minutes for electricity to turn on again,which is unacceptable in place like this.Another thing is the gaps around the room door ,which means mosquito can easily enter the room.there are nets on the windows but door is the problem.Waiting time for food is way too long,despite restaurant not being busy. I gave it a go 2 times but gave up after second go.The use of wifi offered is non existent as it just doesn't work and TV had only 4 channels in horrible quality. Management should look into these things and do something about it.Also a pool and garden would improve experience in this hotel.It could be one of best hotels in Benin city if there were improvements made.
