The rooms were not cleaned and has offensive odour as if no body has stayed there for two months. Saw 3 Tigger nut growing inside the sink as the filter covering in the sink has been removed. Infact I could bet we were the Only one that checked into the hotel that day (want with a friend). We had to manage because it was very late to start checking for hotels having checked a few and they were fully book.

You would think with the beautiful room and all that they will have a pool right? Well they don't. The windows of the room were sealed shut, and they electricity kept going off and on, I almost suffocated

This is the worst place to visit in Benin city.
Customer service is 0%
The light kept on going off

I don't advice even my enemies to visit there.

Worst hotel I've slept in so far.

Terrible service.
TV wasn't stable
Telephone wasn't even good

I had a nice experience at Crystal Suites. The room is spacious and well cleaned. The staffs are as well homely.. Such a home away from home experience.

Still need to put some of their services in place... Good and beautiful structure though. But it's not enough

Nice rooms... Could be better... But still decent!
