Lota Okoye Luxury, is a luxurious apartment as the name suggests. I so much love the high level of maintenance in the building and the neatness of the compound. This the perfect place if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation in Ifite with very mature occupants. I love it living here

Quite a nice lodge for both students and non students, a comfortable and expansive self contained apartment located at book foundation junction ifite Awka. Rent is on the high side though

Lots Okoye Lodge is also known as Emelda Hostels comprised of male and female lodge. There's also fingers print machine accessing doors there. There are canteens there, steady light ???? supply, powered by EEDC, solar energy power and two sounds proof of different KVA. Water runs in every apartment. It's with maximum security. Found in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.
