It is indeed a luxury hostel with nice management and clean environs (the compound and passages are cleaned daily). There's also always light and a standby lister. The only issue is that when water isn't pumped well, those in the last floor don't get water and the water is dirty, I feel like it's typical for most places in Awka but they treat the water sometimes.

Quite conducive Environment, well organized hostel for use. Good security network.

Elmada doesn't deserve a 5 star, but deserves a 3 star, water isn't 100% clean and we all know water is everything.
There is also steady light and it has a dirty back yard.
Tank water is full of worms which is terrible

Their services are wack. Forget the outer look and all, that place is not properly managed at all. You fetch your water from a tank outside the hostel and on some days, you don't get light. Whatever promises were made to you on the site, just think of the opposite that's the reality. Of course the only benefit is that the hostel is in a serene location. Beyond that, living there is just plain terrible.

Emelda it's a good hostel. There's light, security but when it comes to water, rarely rushes and if it does, dirty.
Emelda, something has to be done with the water, it's not hygienic at all but apart from this, every other thing is OK and it's very comfortable.

Structurally ok, secured; since it's inside school, very poor management... Be ready to stay home for about two more weeks after resumption since they don't Keep up with school calendar; they really need to step up with their management games
