The water is really bad and causes skin reaction, the power is only constant at the beginning of the semester but hardly available during exam periods.

The rooms are way too small for three people and very expensive for such little space and discomfort which includes causing the occupants especially those on the 3rd floor to go out to the back of the buildings to fetch water whenever the workers decide not to turn on the water .

Well planned hostel built inside unizik school premises in collaboration with private investors. It's a good place to live or to send your child. Conducive rooms, good rules and regulations and also secure

The place it's located is good
But their water supply is messed up
The rooms are too small to be for 3people.
Steady light? Yes
Clean water especially for those staying at the 2nd and last floor is non existent

Elmada is a private hostel located within the school (unizik) premises. It has 2 blocks A (girls) and B(boys)
Each room has a bathroom and bed space for 3
The water isn't the greatest but is way better than some other places.
It beats the school hostels hands down

It's a UNIZIK accommodation, specifically for regular students. More recently built, neat and better furnished than the rest of the old hostels.

This is a beautiful place to live as a student in Unizik, it's inside the school, so its safe. Has a football field and garden.
