Their hall services are expensive but very poor. On two occasions I attended, power went off in the middle of activities and the generator took over twenty minutes to come on. The gym of the hotel was very tiny and with no working AC the last time I was there. I don't know much about their rooms though.

This hotel is lacking maintenance, the workers are becoming sooo lazy to even change and clean beddings, smelly and not airy, the complementary breakfast that was fantastic is no longer fantastic. Generally the hotel is going so low on maintenance and they are not ready to improve anytime soon. It used to be one of my favourite but recently I couldn’t even lay on their beds talk more of having nice sleep. Please they should take cognisance of these issues and work on them and many more because the hotel is going low and people are complaining already.

Sweet Spirit has got to be the worst hotel ever in Asaba.
It is living on past glory. The housekeepers are thieves who steal from their guests and the management does nothing about it.
The facilities here are totally dilapidated,from the dirty, stained and worn-out beddings to dirty curtains and murky smelling hallways. The elevator is often 80% out of service all the time,the kitchen cooks trash.
This place basically is an abandoned project.
If regulatory bodies were doing their job, it will be long shut down because it is a death trap.

The rooms are cozy with old facilities tho. The pool side is heavenly with great services. The cleaners dont change your beddings, they repeat it and thats bad!! The hotel should stop admitting young boys who involves in cyber crime. I realised the place is becoming or already a fortress of yahoo boyz. You see unkempt, scary, ritual looking young boys hovering around the facility
