Located in a good sector of the town and easily accessible by road and closer to the airport.
It still needs massive upgrade in its facilities like the rooms, surroundings, internet services.

Though it looks okay, there's need for a lot of facade upgrade..(wall and floor tiles creates a poor ambience).
The management is fairly efficient.
Parking lot say 15 cars tops.
The rooms are sizable depending on the purpose it serves..

Again, there's need for an upgrade.

Im just being polite dis place has potentials, its in d heart of Asaba good access road, I think their major problem is management, iv used their hull twice for events, d hall is small but not bad, d second event we had issues with power. I took a visiting friend there once to make a room reservation, long story short I'm glad we didn't pay b4 we saw d rooms, management can do better.

What I liked:
Location is right on the major, popular Okpanam Road. You walk out the gate and you are right on the road with Tricycles zipping pass. You can get anywhere with N50.

With N50, you can get to Asaba Mall for shopping at ShopRite and movies at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas. It's a small Mall but I liked it.

FOOD
Next door to the hotel is Crunchies, an eatery. Rice with Chicken and 'Salad' cost N1,600.

The next Plot is a place with Suya, Roasted Chicken and Fish. If you are into those. Cheaper than Crunchies for sure. There are some fruits too. The place enjoys brisk business.

If you walk further down, there is a Plaza with a Supermarket and Shawarma joint.

DISCOUNTS
What I learned with Asaba hotels is that they have two prices. Don't let the prices you see on Google Maps scare you. Ask for a discount. You can get N2000-4000 reduction especially if you are staying for a few days and can pay for the nights up front.

You can try them for a night before paying.

MY STAY
I stayed for two nights in early February 2020 but had to leave because the hotel's Generating Set packed up.

They offered us 50% discount for the night we didn't enjoy power supply. When I checked the next day at around check-out time, they had not fixed the Generating Set and it looked like they were not doing anything to fix it, I packed up and left.

I liked the hotel.
I liked my room.

The Staff responded quickly to my requests. (Yes, you need to ask them for insecticide every night.)

I liked the location.
I liked the N8,000 per night I was paying.

But, I had to move and pay more for the same quality of room.

Will I stay there next time? Yes, definitely.
